Customized Treatment Plan

Placement Day

Your brackets are carefully attached, and the first archwire is placed to start gentle movement.

Adjustments & Progress Checks

We’ll see you regularly to make adjustments, track your progress, and keep treatment moving efficiently. Once treatment is complete, we'll remove your brackets and provide a custom retainer to maintain your newly aligned smile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every smile is different, but most patients finish treatment within 12–24 months. You’ll have a clearer idea after your consultation, and we’ll keep you updated on your progress every step of the way.

You might notice a little tenderness right after they’re placed or adjusted — kind of like your teeth are “stretching” into place. This usually fades in a day or two, and most patients find relief with an over-the-counter pain reliever and a soft-food day.

Absolutely! Braces won’t keep you or your child off the field or court. We’ll just recommend a custom mouthguard to protect your teeth and brackets during play.

You’ll want to skip hard, sticky, or chewy foods that can damage your braces — think popcorn, chewy candy, or crunchy ice. Don’t worry — we’ll give you a full list and plenty of tips for brace-friendly snacks.
