Your first visit, step by step
Your first visit is about more than just an exam. Your complimentary consultation is our chance to get to know you, your smile goals, and what will make your experience truly comfortable. From the moment you walk through our doors, we focus on building a relationship and creating a plan that fits your needs.
A Warm Welcome
Our friendly team will greet you, help with any remaining forms, and answer your questions before we begin.
Complete Digital Records
We’ll take high-quality photographs and a CBCT scan to give Dr. Kramer a detailed, 3D view of your teeth, roots, and jaw.
Comprehensive Exam & CBCT Review
Dr. Kramer will guide you through your scan right on the screen so you can see exactly what she sees. She’ll point out how your teeth fit together, where movement might help, and any details that could affect your treatment — making it easy to understand the “why” behind every recommendation.
Personalized Plan
We’ll sit down together to review your results, outline your treatment options, and answer all your questions so you feel confident moving forward.
We’re Here to Help You Navigate Your Benefits
We believe dental care should be straightforward, and understanding your insurance shouldn't get in the way of that. Our team will help you get the most from your benefits, file claims on your behalf, and explain coverage in clear terms.
We are in-network with select providers, but we also welcome patients with out-of-network PPO plans and will work with you to maximize your reimbursement. If you’re unsure about your coverage, just give us a call!
