Dr. Adrienne Saltos Kramer
Dr. Adrienne Saltos Kramer is a board-certified orthodontist who is proud to bring exceptional orthodontic care to the community she calls home. Raised in Hagerstown, MD, she grew up in a family deeply rooted in dentistry, as her father is an oral surgeon and her mother is an accomplished dentist. Their dedication to patient care and example of clinical excellence inspired her to follow in their footsteps and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives through orthodontics.
She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Johns Hopkins University before attending the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After dental school, she completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Florida, where she gained advanced training in creating beautiful, functional smiles for patients of all ages.
Dr. Kramer has also earned her board certification from the American Board of Orthodontics, an optional certification that requires additional training and a rigorous two-part exam. This certification is a testament to Dr. Kramer's dedication to keeping up with the latest advancements in orthodontics, and her commitment to providing her patients with the absolute best care possible.
Dr. Kramer is known for her meticulous attention to detail, warm demeanor, and ability to make patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. She values open communication, taking time to understand each patient’s goals and designing treatment plans that fit their lifestyle. Her work is guided by the belief that orthodontics is not just about aligning teeth — it’s about helping people smile with confidence and enjoy a healthier future.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kramer loves spending time with her husband and their child and two dogs. Whether she’s at a local park, exploring new restaurants, or volunteering in the community, she brings the same warmth and dedication to her personal life that she offers to her patients.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your smile goals. We’ll take diagnostic photos and any necessary scans, review your oral health, and talk through your treatment options. You’ll leave with a clear plan tailored to your needs, and if you decide to start treatment on the same day, we'll begin your treatment right away.
